Jenny Just

Want to build wealth? Learn poker.

Jenny Just isn’t your typical billionaire.

She started out on the trading floor of Chicago, elbows deep in options and chaos.

By 29, she’d co-founded PEAK6 with $1.5M.

Today? That trading firm has morphed into a multi-billion-dollar empire.

Spanning fintech, insurance, esports, and a back-end trading platform used by giants like SoFi, eToro, and WeBull.

After launching and turning around more than 15 companies (many of which struggled before they succeeded) Jenny started to see a pattern.

The biggest wins didn’t come from playing it safe. They came from knowing when to take a risk, when to fold, and when to go all in.

The rooms that made money (the trading floors, the boardrooms, the negotiation tables) were filled with men trained in strategy and risk.

So, Jenny flipped the script.

In 2020, alongside her teenage daughter, she launched Poker Power.

A startup teaching poker to women+ as a secret weapon for life.

Because poker isn’t just a card game.

It’s the only game that teaches you how to bet on yourself with imperfect information.

She’s taught women+ to read a room, call a bluff, make the ask, raise the stakes. And walk away if the table isn’t worth it.

“In poker, every hand is an opportunity. You may not always succeed, but you practice failing and you practice coming back to the game and being ready for the next hand.”

And she's doing it while raising four kids, winning a Tony, investing in underfunded sectors, building talent pipelines for women in tech and trading, and serving on the Women & Public Policy Board at Harvard.
