Hi, I'm Justine!

I’m a junior studying Neuroscience at UC Berkeley. I became interested in venture capital during high school and co-founded the organization Girls Into VC at Berkeley because I believe one major reason female founders receive disproportionately little VC funding is the lack of women on the investing side. When investors don’t relate to the problems being solved, those problems are more easily overlooked.

In 2025, I published 365 profiles of 365 female founders, one per day, on LinkedIn. The goal was visibility and pattern recognition. Making female entrepreneurship easier to see, study, and reference.

I strongly believe that education is the most important lever for change, especially for young girls. That includes venture capital, but also learning how to think critically, debate ideas, and approach decisions with ethical clarity.

Alongside Bracket, I’m working on a book to compile the stories of female entrepreneurs and make them widely accessible.
