Gina Bartasi

This woman built not one, but two billion-dollar fertility companies.

In 2015, after struggling with fertility treatments herself, Gina Bartasi launched Progyny, a company that replaced outdated fee-for-service fertility models with bundled care packages.

It worked.

By 2019, Progyny went public on NASDAQ (PGNY) and became a $4B industry leader.

But Gina wasn’t done.

Employers told her they wanted direct access to fertility clinics... so she built Kindbody in 2018.

Unlike competitors, Kindbody owns and operates its clinics, cutting out middlemen and saving companies 25-30% on fertility benefits.

Today, Kindbody runs 35+ clinics, serves 3.1M lives, and is the largest women-founded, women-led fertility company in the U.S.

Her approach? Disrupt, simplify, and listen.

She raised $315M from Google Ventures, JP Morgan, and others, all while leading Kindbody to profitability.
